Abstract

This article proposes a reflection on the current situation of Portuguese-speaking African literatures by attempting to identify some lines of reading while questioning the impact of postcolonial studies in European universities, and more particularly, on the notion of “Lusophone postcolonialism”. The critique that accompanies these debates informs us about the representations that still circulate today about Portuguese colonialism.
