Abstract
This article demonstrates shows that the narrative imaginary on the natural environment developed by Miguel Delibes (1920-2010) shares a “non moderne” gaze, in Bruno Latour’s sense, with premodern elements associated with the fervent Catholicism of the Castilian writer. In this way, one can understand the fully contemporary character of Delibes’ perspectives on nature.
