Abstract
In this article I will start from the work of some researchers who in recent years have studied the relationship between feminisms and humour in order to find out what role it plays in the visual arts and to analyse its critical potential. On this basis, I will present some of the key ideas from the fieldwork carried out during the development of my doctoral thesis, consisting of thirteen interviews with professionals and creators who work from this approach. I will also try to show how, beyond placing the critique of the different axes of oppression, these creators open up alternatives towards the possible.
