Submit a manuscript

Articles for varia or proposals for thematic dossiers should be sent to revue.conceptos@gmail.com. Articles for thematic dossiers should be sent directly to the issue coordinator(s), whose contact details are given in the call for papers.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting their manuscript, authors should be aware that all submissions are peer-reviewed according to the procedure explained on the Peer Review page. As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items.

  • The manuscript has not already been published or submitted to any other journal. The journal Conceφtos will only consider original, previously unpublished text. If this is not the case, please provide an explanation in the “Comments to the editor” field.
  • All articles must be submitted in editable digital form (*.docx or *.doc) and conform to the stylesheet provided below.
  • The article file should be accompanied by a separate file containing three abstracts (7 lines maximum) in French, Spanish (Portuguese if applicable) and English. These abstracts should each be in their own language, associated with keywords (half a dozen maximum) and a translation of the title of the article.
  • The bibliography complies with MLA standards.
  • It is possible to include images in texts, but only in .JPG format. The use of images may be subject to reproduction rights. It is the responsibility of the author of the article to check this point and take the necessary steps.
  • The judgments and convictions expressed in the articles and reviews published in the journal are those of the author(s) and should not be considered those of the journal’s editorial board.
